PRIVACY POLICY
Picuro Privacy Policy
Updated August 3, 2026
1. Information we process
We may process account phone number or email, nickname, uploaded images, edit prompts, generated results, history, orders, entitlements, and service logs.
2. Third-party sign-in
If you choose Google, GitHub, WeChat, or QQ sign-in, we receive the provider account identifier and may receive a verified email, display name, avatar, public profile URL, or regional profile fields depending on the provider. We use this information only to authenticate you, create or safely match your Picuro account, and protect account security. We do not retain provider access tokens after sign-in.
3. How information is used
Information supports authentication, AI editing, history, credit checks, payments, security, and troubleshooting.
4. AI and third-party processing
Images and prompts may be processed by configured AI or third-party services. Do not upload identity documents, bank cards, password screenshots, or sensitive private images.
5. Cookies
We use secure cookies to maintain your signed-in session and bind a short-lived third-party sign-in transaction to your browser.
6. Retention and security
We use reasonable safeguards, restrict credential access, and avoid logging passwords, authorization codes, tokens, and sensitive image contents. Retention depends on service, legal, and security needs.
For AI photo curation, Picuro uploads compressed analysis copies rather than original files. All selected and unselected server copies are deleted before a successful result is released. Expired, failed, and cancelled tasks are also cleaned automatically; non-image task metadata may remain for audit and history.
7. Your rights
You may view account details, edit history, entitlements, and orders. Contact us to request correction, deletion, or account closure.
