Picuro Terms of Service

1. Service

Picuro provides AI-assisted photo editing. You may upload images, describe edits, and view generated results and history.

2. Accounts and security

You may register or sign in using a phone or email verification code, Google, GitHub, WeChat, or QQ. When you continue with a third-party provider, Picuro may create an account or securely match an existing account only when the provider supplies a verified email. Keep your credentials secure and do not impersonate others, abuse shared accounts, or bypass service limits.

3. Images and acceptable use

You must have the right to use uploaded images. Do not upload, request, create, or edit NSFW, adult, pornographic, nude, or sexually explicit content. You must also not submit illegal, infringing, privacy-violating, exploitative, or otherwise harmful images or prompts, or maliciously consume service resources. We may block or remove prohibited content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. AI-generated results

Results are provided as editing assistance and may not always meet expectations. Review any result before downloading, publishing, or commercial use.

5. Credits, plans, and orders

You must register or sign in before using Picuro. Signed-in users may receive free credits. Current prices, credits, validity, and entitlement records shown by the service apply.

6. Service changes

We may maintain or adjust features for security, compliance, and service quality. Material changes will be communicated reasonably.
